Background

Yuhua Education is China's largest large private education group integrating pre-school education, basic education and higher education. Headquartered in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, it currently has 25 schools from kindergarten to university, with campuses in 9 cities in Henan, with a total of nearly 50,000 students.On February 28, 2017, it was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and publicly offered 750 million shares at an issue price of HK$2.05 per share.
